A coach helps you identify goals and discover personal strategies to achieve them. The ideal of coaching is to work together to discover and release your potential and be all that you were created to be.
How will I know if Life Coaching is right for me?
Life Coaching is distinctly different than counseling or therapy. Coaching focuses on bringing you from the present (where you are) to the possible future (where you want to be) while counseling or therapy’s focus is on the past and healing of your hurts.
Is Life Coaching like Therapy of Counseling?
Like counselors or therapists, life coaches do provide emotional support and encouragement; however, counseling or therapy is not a part of coaching.
What is professional Counseling?
Therapy is used to treat psychological disorders, such as depression or anxiety, with the primary goal being restoring a client to normal functioning.
Am I ready for Life Coaching?
Coaching is for spiritually and emotionally healthy, functional people who are ready, willing and able to make the positive changes necessary to create an amazing life.
How will I know if I actually should see a Therapist or Counselor?
If therapeutic issues arise that need to be addressed, coaches refer clients to therapists to resolve those issues and then continue the coaching process.
